Delete your Care Roster account
Care Roster accounts belong to agencies. Your agency creates your account and controls its records, so how you ask for deletion depends on who you are.
If you are a staff member
- Ask an admin at your agency to remove your account. They can do it in Care Roster under Users, and they can also remove your contact record from the directory.
- Or email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, and tell us your agency’s name. We will check with your agency and handle it as our Privacy Policy describes.
- If you use Care Roster on a phone or tablet, signing out there, or turning off its notifications on that device, stops them right away.
If you run your agency’s account
Email [email protected] from an admin’s address and ask us to delete your agency’s account and data. You can export your records first, as our Privacy Policy explains.
What is deleted and what we keep
We delete the account’s data from the live service, including its sign-ins and app device records. A few records are kept for set periods, such as texting consent and opt-out records and acceptance records, and backups expire on their own schedule. The full list and how long each is kept are in our Privacy Policy under How long we keep data.
